It feels so sudden. Suddenly New Year 2011 just passes by like that and it’s going to be the Chinese New Year next. I used to remember when it was the Chinese New Year like many many years ago. Those days when I was young and wacky and did not have to like think about the future a lot.
What does this year Chinese New Year be for me though? Those days I often get queried a lot by my friends about when I’m gonna get myself a girlfriend. Now they came up with another question. Anyway, I was walking around Pavilion, I noticed something. The Chinese New Year decorations and items.
A big big lion head was welcoming the guests on it’s front door. Too bad I only brought my 50mm Nikkor f/1.4D. I would love to use my wide angle though.
Anyway, the zodiac for this year’s Chinese New Year is the RABBIT. Naughty and agile and hoppity hop and always chased by the dog. Well, hunting dogs. Ahemz..
This giant size bunny was waiting at the entrance too with the Pavilion signboard. Many people were taking photos around it that I just got one fine shot of this big giant size rabbit at the front gate of Pavilion. Of course, someone else did posed too.
Wahhhh… another Bunny. Well, dear Princess Yen tried to do the bunny pose. Since I know I am terrible in acting cute, I didn’t do my version. She agreed too.
It’s time to finally utilize my camera to see what people do when they have got a hold of the iPhone. There you have it, self photo. I am sure most iPhone 4 users are guilty of doing this due to the camera at the front.
So once again, me and Yen would like to wish a HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR 2011 to all readers of Weird Weird Denial and it has been a glorious 5 years with this blog which makes me so damn old. Gong Xi Fa Cai!!!
