Weird, very weird. It was a month ago that it happened. I was in the LRT on my way back home, when I suddenly got approached by someone I don’t recall at all. This was how the conversation goes. Let’s call the person AS (Ahemz… that’s short form for Aoi Sora).

Ahahaha.. like Aoi Sora will suddenly appear!

AS: Hello
… I first was looking elsewhere then I turned sideways then I pointed to myself. She nodded...
Me: (Being polite I obliged) Oh hello.
AS: Sorry to disturb you. My name is Miko. I saw from afar you look familiar then I realized, are you Daniel Chew?
Me: Errr.. yes. I am Daniel. (Actually thinking how to react, maybe a scam or stalker.. lol) Why?
AS: Oh, it’s you. Can I take a photo with you?
Me: (Still puzzled, also just after office hours, I am a bit blur) Oh okay.
AS: Yay.. (proceeds to take out compact camera and camwhore pose) Thank you. Nice blog.

Then I saw her getting down the next station.
After like a few seconds then only I came to my senses. Oh, she knew me because of my blog. Hold on a second, wait… what just really happened? I just got recognized by someone I don’t really know. Then before I could understand anything, she just left the LRT.

What a weird day that was. I was clueless and I believe I have a stalker or a fan. My mind was running backwards to think of anything. Anyway, after few seconds, I gave up (hahaha.. yes, kinda lazy to use so much brainpower after office hours) then I just take it that she’s just some blogger who happens to meet another blogger.

Well this has got to be the most random meet up for me. Wonders what will happen in the future. Weird world we live in eh?

AS: Hello
Me: Oh, hello.
AS: Soli ah.. kacau u. I think I see you before oh. You are Daniel Chew right? My name Miko..
Me: Ohhhh,ahhh Miko. Yes, I’m Daniel. Why oh?
AS: Ahahaha… sorry ah.. paiseh oh. Can take photo with you ah?
Me: Oh ok.

Somehow I can’t really recall how the conversation actually really goes. Anyway if Miko is a loyal supporter of my blog, I would like to thank you for reading Weird Weird Denial. Remember when we were all young, we all love to pose in front of the cameras. Then later it developed into something we called self obsessed with one’s self that the term camwhore was created. Well, not to mention that it was through another blogger, DanielCtw learnt how to camwhore only to stop after being bored of it and upgrading his camera gear.

Those days of camwhoring are so long gone. Well, that doesn’t mean that there is something wrong with camwhoring, but but but… I felt that it doesn’t serve the justice for a DSLR to be camwhoring. Kinda defeats the purpose of owning one.

I agreed I am at times guilty of this phenomenon, but what do you expect when everyone’s doing it at one time. So after that, DanielCtw started doing something different. He started doing weird weird poses, weird weird but cool poses which not many people do, those that tried to do don’t have that weird flavor. At times he thought what does he need to do to impress, that he thinks so hard, he decided to pose as a thinker.

Though at times, you see that most of my photos are without a smile as the blogger DanielCtw don’t really know how to smile in front of a camera except striking a pose or something out of the blue. The reason is because he’s shy.

Huh? Well, most will know that it shouldn’t be, but in reality he’s a shy kind of guy. Only that certain reason he’s decided to come out of his shell. Well, since blogging is where you come out from your shell. Guessed he just need to monkey around at times. To let go of all the stress of being the blogger here who write weird stuffs like these on his blog. Where can you find someone who writes stuff like these talking about himself and doing weird stuffs.

If you’re here, definitely you’re reading Weird Weird Denial and we all just want to have fun. Posts are never meant to be so serious. It’s meant to be fun. Some people has lost that reason to blog after being succumb to money. Guessed DanielCtw had also been there once, now it’s time to rediscover himself once more. So what else should the blogger do? This time the choice is given to the readers. More weird stuffs, photo stuffs, food stuffs or just word stuffs? Asked this before and readers don’t mind any posts. But an opinion is always good to hear.

Yesterday I had the most exhilarating thing that happened to me. Little did I know it would be so troublesome?

While waiting for the time to end and be on my way home from office, I felt something was amiss. Putting it aside, the elevator opened and was not full of people. So off I go into the elevator and thought of making my way back home. What a stupid mistake!!
Now walking towards the car, I suddenly felt an urge that I should reached home quickly. I tried to maintain coolness and not to run though.

Finally reached my car, I decided I shall not on any air-condition so as not to aggravate the feeling. Besides, hot weather seems to enable one to control oneself better. Then it seems harder with the traffic jam due to the traffic light going bonkers. I just need to put my mind off it and this is what I did.

My mind went into a blank mode as I was having this blank stare mode so as to be on focus on driving and didn’t bothered if a car went past me. I was just trying to keep my cool. It was 10 minutes more to home and I must say, ahhh.. How long more can I withstand this uneasiness?

A few more minutes away I called my bro to open the gate for me. I wouldn’t want to miss it by wasting time opening the big gate by myself and using strength just to open it. Reaching the parking lot designated for me, I then straight rushed in, and….. did my ‘BIG BUSINESS’

The holidays are here once again and yes, I must say I really had a blast during the year 2008 and it’s finally now the last day of 2008. Good Bye 2008, Welcome 2009. To think that a year ago, I was in Penang trying out something very funny that I thought was like this is so not me. Well, I found an old photo which reminds me of how the trend now is getting big big frames to put onto your face.

Now this all seems weird and what else to say, it sure is. To think I wore this big frame in Year 2007 and now it’s the IN thing. Wendy made me do it. Since the new year is here, we all need new frames too and thus I was thinking why not get something funky and so not the ordinary. It pays to be different but also looking cool at the same time.

I am a frequent visitor of Zenni Optical but looks like this year I can finally get my hands on those Holiday spectacle frames such as cool and weird as the one above. Well, they won’t be called Holiday frames for no reason. Maybe I could do a whole new pose or something. Of course I believe if that if you have another frame for me to choose, why not try to find one that you think is suitable for me. 2008 was really a good year, I hoped to make 2009 a better year and all this can get started with you trying to see what kind of frame suits me.

So to all readers of Weird Weird Denial, blogger friends, ShoutOuters, Kokoroboxians, Nuffnangers and the rest that I forgotten to mentioned, have a very very wonderful big blast of a new year celebration tonight.
