• Experience For An Interview
5 CommentsSo say, you’re finally finished your courses, your diploma, your degree, now you want to join the working world. Well, it’s not that it’s going to be hard or easy as what they always do tell you in the forums or by your lecturers, it’s some thing which one have to experience.
Though some pointers can really be touched upon as you shouldn’t say this and that, but to what extend if you’re someone who doesn’t really talk much. Well, that’s why I am trying to point this out, sometimes one needs experience when going for an interview.
So you got your first job, but how did you get to go in? Friends? Related family’s business, does this ever help you in another job interview I supposed. Well, it does help with the ever growing knowledge one gets when they faced their ever colleagues or sometimes annoying customers. For someone who’s been very well versed in an interview timing, here’s what one should do, when you’re getting ready for an interview.

GUYS
- Guys please don’t go there as a ruffian wannabe and keep your elbow off the desk, some interviewers perceive this as rude.
- Always comb or gel your hair. It doesn’t have to be neat but as long you take the trouble to look neat and even get your hair in a perfect style, then it’s presentable. Well, if you’re bald, then this doesn’t apply to you.
- First Impression counts, and that’s what the above rules are there for.
- Make darn sure your clothes are ironed. Even if you found out that the company you went for is donning t-shirts during working hours, do not dress in a t-shirt.
- You have big muscles, you have hairy chest, you want to show them off to the interviewer… please…. don’t do that unless you’re auditioning for the National Zoo.
- While sitting on the chair, don’t fidget with your fingers, keep them still and if you like to move them, just put them in your pocket and play yourself.
- Never ever shake your legs while in an interview. Guys like to do this. What the fish man…. you guys have itchiness down there that you need to shake your legs???
- Look at the interviewer, he’s giving the questions, statements, pay attention. Of course, don’t blink your eyes like you wanna have a hit on the interviewer even though if she’s a hot chick.
- If you have your mobile “daigor” phones, please shut it off, or just put the vibrate mode and vibrate your cock.
- Never ever hit on the female interviewer. (You can do that after you secure the job though).

GALS
- Gals, you just have to flaunt don’t you, well… flaunt moderately. Why?? What happens if the interviewer is an old aunty.. you’re dead meat.
- Dress appropriately to the place you’re going to be interviewed. Don’t dress like a model if you’re looking for a job as Software Engineer. Bad choice….
- As much as most people say, office wear for an interview is still the best apparel. Don’t believe me, you can ask Lasker.
- You got your Gucci bag. Now you have your special colorful bra that you’re wearing, try not to nosebleed the interviewer or the interview would be haywire.
- Sit like a lady, don’t open your legs while sitting.
- Never try to act cute or innocent in front of the interviewer. You’re interviewing for a job, not a date. You want to speak soft or act cute, look for me. I’ll be glad to entertain you.
- Don’t finger your hair, or play with your lips, you’re not auditioning for America’s Top Model.
- Do not wear too bright a color for an interview.
- As always, do not crossed your arms showing you’re the lady boss, just sit like how a traditional Japanese girl would put it’s hand at.
- You just have to read it all over from 1 to 9 again to ensure you read it correctly.

While In The Interview
- Always as always, before starting the interview, have a look at the background of the company, at least when the interviewer is talking about something about the company, you can say… ahhh….. I read this on the website of the company regarding this and this. Shows that you’re interested in the company eh..
- Some people tend to give blank stare when the interviewer is asking a question. I do it sometimes, but move your eyeballs sometime to show you’re at least still in the real world.
- Don’t over work yourself and always trying to be a smarty pants and keep talking great about the company, the interviewer knows you’re just trying to impress him/her. Impress with moderation.
- When it’s your time to ask the questions, don’t go asking about your salary, benefits, how many girls or how many guys, does the company have company trips, etc… All these can be asked upon the 2nd time of interview.
- Finally you have read my thoughts about how an interview should go, so pack your bags, and remember to keep this with you.
Now it seems that’s all it takes for an interview to be perfect. Not quite, sometimes it’s never too easy to talk like a natural. It’ll take time I assure you. From the first time I took my interview, I was talking all about myself, literally from how old I was, what I love to do, etc. In short words I was talking bullshit to the ears of an interviewer. So just stick to what you want to present for the post of your choice.
An example, if you’re going for an IT job in JAVA, you can say,
“Previously in XXX Company I had an experience in Hibernate but due to some performance issues, native SQL was used to run the program.”
Now this sounds very good and indeed it has been my normal practice to wow the interviewer sometimes. Although some jobs demand practical examples…

Okay this might be too much. But well sometimes you even had to take certain qualification tests before you they call you in for an interview. So better get yourself prepared.
Well, not unless you think you think you’re the most suitable person for the job, then you can do the following.

Don’t messed with the wrong board there.

July 4th, 2008• Girls Have The Highest Visitors
10 CommentsMy mind is in a dilemma now! Why do I think so? Simple, I was wondering in the world of blogging, if you’re writing about how boring is your life now, what you did in school, what you ate for breakfast it will be a not good enough read for most people. But you wait and wait and wait….. there’s something though regarding this kind of post in relation to guys and girls.
You see, if a GUY posted these stuffs, he’ll be deemed a crap, an emo and such an unimaginative guy who can’t think out of the box. He’ll be branded as a boring person.
Now compare it to a GIRL who’s been blogging about her everyday life, and you’ll see the amount of hits she’s generating even though topics such as those are emerging. Well, though there’s also a catch. All she needs is to show her pretty face and maybe flaunt a bit in the blog and TA-DAHHH, you’ll see constant visits to her blog. Weird isn’t it? But in a way it’s true coz I am one of those visiting LOL.
With my weird intuition it has finally made me understood as to what I should do. Now what should I choose now?
Should I become a Westerner

Or Should I become an Asian

Do you get my point right now? If you don’t please ask your friends to come visit this page and figure it out. hehehe (more visits more visits…)
ps : I need more time to modify certain settings…

June 25th, 2008• Your Heart Beat
2 CommentsShouters from ShoutOut are really random. Today they were talking about chest pain and suddenly the topic about some heart pain or heart attack came up. I was like, what’s that?? So serious? Well, who knows, better be safe than sorry right??
So I think some look up at the internet and funny, people only look up stuffs if someone goes through those stuffs. Like someone with Eczema will only look up on Eczema when they or their friends have it. (Maybe the friends wanted to find out if it’s contagious). But I think enough is enough, someone need to tell the world or rather these people why is the chest pain? Maybe minor heart unrest, but I did find something interesting like Atrial Fibrillation. O_o It’s more about the abnormal heart beat rhythm. The heart beats very fast… thus you see people getting stroke because of this too.
I don’t know about you, but have you taken your precautions. I think some of you must have thought i will be talking about heart beat when meeting another half, well, that’ll be a next time ![]()

April 9th, 2008• Not Easy Being Romantic
9 Comments
Yes, it’s me again and my controversial post about relationships. Well, you know that I like to talk about this stuffs and giving my opinions on the term relationship, but I really don’t know why some people like to instead say i was the one involved.
You know, sometimes being in love is not really hard, the problem comes when you try to be romantic. Yes, many couples have different meanings of being romantic and girls especially *psstt.. don’t kill me just yet, read on…* This is because most girls read novels and most of them are love novels. It’s evident even when I was studying in high school, some of them bring these novels to school and read them. To me, I think it’s their fantasy trying to be swept off their feet.
I am now trying to tell you being romantic doesn’t need to be practiced. It should come natural. Well, but because not everyone is a natural, I can give you some pointers that I got from eHarmony, which is an online dating site or from any other sites, but of course some of you would rather me telling you more from my personal point of view. Just a point I should point out, basically for guys, don’t get pressured at seeing what other people can do. Just be yourself and most importantly be a gentleman. DON’T go rehearsing Shakespeare poems to present when you can’t and do the extreme if you can’t afford it. It’ll be romantic to do it at least once, but by then you’ll be thinking of what other romantic stuffs to do, instead of being your natural self. If you don’t believe me, you just have to see for yourself.
If you’re just trying to be romantic to be in a relationship, you’re doing it all for the wrong purpose. This is what I call romance should not be taken lightly. Maybe due to my analysis, girls would love surprises from their boyfriends out of the blue, but constantly doing it, bores them. Well, not to say you should stop but it’s good to let them treasure the romantic feel for a longer time before the guy give them another romantic feel. Sometimes little stuffs, like buying flowers, that’s all it takes. Trust me, girls love flowers, even a single stalk sometimes can mean so much. *hint hint*
Well, basically this is just my personal opinion, well, you can give me more opinions and girls you can have your definition of romantic, maybe let the guys pick up a point or two. Well, we learn by doing this, so what say you all?
ps : By the way, upcoming post!! Sneak Preview!!

March 18th, 2008• Shocking Loss For BN
5 CommentsThe election has ended. It was a tired night the night before, hardly getting enough sleep waiting for the results. These are the aftermath after the elections which I surprisingly mentioned about. Surprised, this year was an interesting one compared to the other previous elections. My friends overseas tend to talk about Malaysia’s election saying it’s one of the most uninteresting election to follow. But looks like these year has really shocked the whole nation and the world. With Barisan Nasional(BN) losing it’s 2/3 majority, it’s like a whole new thing.
I predicted that at least Penang and Kelantan would be gone. Surprisingly, BN maintained a foothold onto Terengganu which they won in a majority. What really happened in this part?

WHAT HAPPENED?
First, who would have expected that Penang and Kelantan was taken by both DAP/PKR and PAS respectively with a major landslide victory, or to some of them, like a tsunami over Barisan Nasional. I meant, previous term, Kelantan was nearly won by BN and Penang was never under threat the previous term.
Secondly, big guns are missing from the seats these time around. With faces like Samy Vellu, Dr Koh Tsu Khoon, Shahrizat all missing and losing their respective seats. The term before this has seen the opposition faced a similar defeat with Hadi Awang losing his and the term before that with both Lim Kit Siang and Karpal Singh losing theirs. Looks like BN now instead are on the losing end.
Thirdly, Barisan Nasional was so sure the votes are going to come in and they are even opportunistic that they would try to get Kelantan into the Barisan Nasional territory only to see it all go down to drain. The once impregnable fortress of Barisan Nasional in Johore has now been breached with one parliament seat going to the opposition. To think that the opposition has at least one parliamentary seat in all the states except in Perlis (3 Parliament Seats only in Perlis).
Finally, a takeover of at least 5 states altogether. The surprise wasn’t Penang or Kelantan with predictions that this year these states would go to them, but it was the loss of Perak and Kedah that has got the BN rolling their eyes. The worst setback was the one involving the loss of Selangor into the hands of the opposition. A major setback considering Selangor has been one of BN’s stronghold. With the losses of these states, BN was denied a 2/3 majority.
THE CAUSES
Analysis on this scenario, I will first and foremost make my reader understand that this analysis is based on word of mouth, the internet and also the observation of a Malaysian like myself. Well, the Internet is there to speak our minds, so this is where I come in too.
Previously, BN portrays a new leadership under Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi a.k.a. Pak Lah during it’s previous term. During that time, BN deserved a new high majority victory. With a new ruling and a new horse in power, many people voted for BN then. The case isn’t the same now though. The corruption is one of the main reasons. Ministers being caught for buildings, Chief Judge case and also the voices of certain parties in the parliament has all sparked some criticism from the public.
To make the matter worse, the so called minister that have been deemed guilty for not obtaining a permit has been given a lease by not getting a penalty. Now picture this, what would the voters say, fair government or just plain close one eye. The emergence of Hindraf has also brought the fall of the party. With Samy Vellu, Kayveas and his secretary both failing to win their seats, my main observation would be the involvement and handling of the Hindraf issue.
Seeing judgement as not fair in the eyes of the public, it is to no wonder that the public has created an outcry that they should vote for a change of leadership. The opposition parties though have used this to their greatest advantage garnering the votes of the voters.
I believe that the voters are angry and fed up of all the treatment the government are giving to these certain individuals. Maybe it’s time to wake up. My guess is in these times, BN would be thinking of what ever went wrong. Why did the votes shifted wind this time?
WHAT COMES NEXT?
So what comes next? With new leadership comes new responsibilities for the leaders of the acquired 5 states. The people has shown their faith in them, let’s hope they do better than what they always say they would do. In the coming 4 to 5 years, the public is the eye of these people. I believe too that BN wouldn’t sit down and look at it anymore, and enjoying their previous majority wins like ever, it’s really going to be a think tank battle.
Altogether is bound to be something new for Malaysian history. Let’s wait and observe, the people of Malaysia.
Remember it’s not the government that makes the people, it’s the people that makes the government. ![]()
