I was in Port Dickson. The place we stayed was very quiet, not many holiday goers stayed in this place. Due to the rental of one night there is cheap, so off we (me and my friends) to this place.

One thing though, I have a knick for looking for shots to take. Guessed what, I found a hallway, narrow and with the lights dim, I took the shot. It was to be my post for my scary theme this week.

Well, the above shot is nothing we can call scary. Horrr… but you know what, this is after a few touches here and there, one can make a scary shot out of an ordinary shot.

What shot though, now here it is.

So is this hallway giving you the creeps? Looks like a Ju On playstage. A little bit help from Photoshop too..

It was 11th October 2008, the day when a few weeks ago, someone planned to have a BBQ gathering at Port Dickson and that person was none other than Joey, founder of Kokorobox.net. But then Daniel and his 2 other friends, David and Carrie had other ideas. Maybe just go there and bump into them and rather just relax at the beach and take photos. Well, to avoid the working atmosphere once in awhile.

Well, surprisingly, it was a very short notice for the 3 people and I really must thank Carrie for her willingness to drive. Did I forgot to mentioned, the 3 of us were previously schoolmates.

Look at the clear blue sea and the blue sky.. ya… it’s just color balance settings I played on my camera. Port Dickson is not that blue and judging from the photos, this is actually how it really looks like.

As this beach is located on the West coast, it’s definitely you can only catch the sun setting at the horizon instead of rising. Yes, the crooked horizon. I am too lazy to modify my photos right now. Well, this is only one of those, I have lots of other Silhouette photos at Port Dickson.

The Port Dickson was rather a relaxation to find space and time for oneself. Okay, enough of the scenery then, who are the 3 of us?

I had a good night rest last night, slept at 8:30pm and woke up at 630am. Now, it’s been such a long time since I slept that well. Putting this aside, it’s time for Photo Hunt which is FAMILY, though I missed the Photo Hunting last weekend.

This week one is a bit special, the family photo. Surprisingly, looking back at all the old photos, I am lucky my dad really love photography last time that whenever we go out somewhere, we would take a snapshot of places we go. Well, he was the school photography club member last time.

Seriously, previously, when I was at LookOut Point somewhere around the borders of Cheras and Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, I remembered. I remembered that time I only have my Nikon D40 camera and my kitlens. Looks like after a few months or rather a year after that, lots of things have changed and now he has upgraded his kit.

By the way, it was a breathtaking view looking from above the skies when you wanted to be free from all the work loads and just want to forget them. This is where the gathering goes on, and continue from the previous post. Yes, after the Karaoke, it was time for some breathtaking night scenery – nearly spoilt due to the rain. Yes, the view of Kuala Lumpur scenery.

Well, we were there about 7pm and you can see the dark clouds were forming up above. Well, at least the sun didn’t fully set yet so we got the reddish background at the back. More like molten lava coming at a distance. But then this shot was shot way too low.

Of course, the rain came and I think it was good that the rain actually did pour. This made us get into the car and went straight up to Look Out Point and have a few drinks there and wait till the rain settle. It’s because of the rain, the sky is also clearer.

Now looky here, the city at it’s dark night with the lights from Petronas Twin Tower KLCC and in the distance is the KL Tower. Now if you’ve been following my thread, you will know that I used to shoot with my kitlens. So I’ll be different a little bit this time. Zoom and have a look at KLCC from a distance.

Yes, this is Petronas Twin Towers KLCC from a distance. Yes, photo muchly helped by the tripod. The ground was wood though, so sometimes ground tremors from kids running about will have effect on photos, which made me cut short my photo taking session.

Still hungry for more photos, maybe portraiture photos next as I embarked on my quest to have my first model shoot portraiture. Let’s hope it all goes well eh…

Finally I am back home after going out the whole day today. Thus this in turn makes me turn up late for this week’s PhotoHunt.

Well, I guessed I am sorry for not visiting most of the people previously, due to some unforeseen matters but this week, I am a bit free due to my completed work. Here’s the sad guy, Golden Retriever. Poor Scooby, he just can’t get his whole body into the house.

Now those eyes…. makes you pity him. Those sad sad eyes…. Though I think I am already immune to it
