Google has done it again on November. How silly of me to not noticed it once again. Well, when I was checking the Page Rank or PR for short on my Weird Daniel blog, I realized it had dropped once more again from PR2 to PR0. I was like shocked for a second. I mean, what’s with this new update. Anyway, due to the Page Rank of my old blog has dropped to Page Rank 0, I find it meaningless to continue blogging from there. Might be because of the complication of the same first name with my dotcom.

On A Personal Note

Anyway, I’ve thought of deleting the blogspot blog altogether and fully concentrate on paid domains instead. What say you? *back to topic*

What Has Google Done Again?

It seems Google has started a new algorithm again on the last update previous month on November. How silly of me not to notice it, well, how would I notice since this blog still maintains it’s PR without ever rising or dropping. I guessed I have been missing from the Internet world once more, and with this new update it seems that there are more and more people complaining of it. Oh yeah, for those that got lost, there was also a previous update on Page Rank in October.

What I think about Page Rank?

Well, I believe Page Rank is now over-rated. Or rather with the new algorithm, I would based my thoughts that the Page Rank of PR5 previously is somewhat of a PR3 this time around. Well, I wouldn’t be surprised at all. Which means it is definitely harder to get your PR higher this time around. Looks like it’s back to SEO for me again. This time though it’s not about selling paid links or anything like that. Well, how can it be when you find that sites that don’t sell links get penalized too. Up till now I am still looking on it.

What’s the next Rank now?

Well, some people are trying to come out something as equivalent as Page Rank and from what I heard it’s called Real Rank. Well, you can have a read about Real Rank from :

Till then I need to check out more stuffs on Page Rank and it’s complication. Looks like it’s time for me to recheck all stuffs again.

Yes, some of you might have wondered, what happened to my previous theme. Well, for Firefox users, I guessed there won’t be a problem viewing it, but thanks to Ichitaka for pointing out that when the blog is viewed using Internet Explorer, it went haywire. Yes, all my alignments run here and there. It’s all happening to my WordPress blog. It’s like weirder than weird!!

So as of meantime, I am currently *spoilers* modifying a new wordpress theme while I currently use this theme for my blog. Yes, some of you who are programming freaks might noticed I have added some stuffs or rather some of you who are SEO friendly would know that I have tweak a few stuffs.

What did I Tweak?

Single Post
So what did I tweak, yes, it’s the single post. Now it just shows the title of the post only without additional add-ons. So let’s say Nuffnang the Booze just shows Nuffnang the Booze instead of Nuffnang the Booze » Weird Weird Denial. Well, this one pretty easy if you try to read the codes.

Comments Add-ons
Well, another thing which I tweaked about now are the mybloglog functionalities on the comments. Though at first I had trouble with the comments alignment that I have to make do with the table to help organized it. So now if you want your picture or avatar to appear beside your comments, sign up for MyBlogLog.

Meta Tags
Yes, though Google doesn’t search for meta tags, other search engines still uses the Meta tags to enhance search engines relevance for searching. Who wouldn’t want that extra traffic. Yes, now I have added extra tags for easier searching based on the single post, Archived post and main page. Well, if you need clarification on this, just email me. This might help with your wordpress themes.

What’s Next After This?

OK! So now you’ve seen what I did which really aren’t not that visible to the eyes, but if you’re trying to make it SEO (Search Engine Optimization) friendly, learn a thing or two. By the way, I will be starting a new blog just for these issues. So these are actually just a preview. So if you’re interested to learn more, be sure to stay tune here. Monday is what it seems. Blue and Dampy!! Well, when it’s a Monday, yes, it’s the day where people start to go to work and to school, universities. Hahaha… most of them wished that the weekends would prolong and not ended too fast. Well what is 2 days compared to 5 working days. You tell me.

But knowing this fact, even if we were given 3 days for a weekend, there will never be enough days for everyone to enjoy. Hmm let me come out with an equation.

I think end of the year, weddings are pretty common. Well, why do I say that? Of course, when I have already attended a few weddings though, not all comes with photos as it’ll be mighty inconvenient for me to carry my camera around all the time.

Though tomorrow’s Bak Kut Teh. Anyway some of you who have been following my progress here have noticed one of the wedding’s I have attended at Cyberview Lodge in Cyberjaya. Yes. Nothing out of the ordinary, – I mean the dressing.

Now that was the previous post, but recently I have also attended one in Malacca which the dressing was very Baba Nyonya like. They dress in a cultural way. This is something different. Well, for those people who don’t know about it, this is what it means.

Look at the traditional costume. Though coming from the Straits of Malacca, it’s where those people we talk with, even for those in Chinese Ethnic, we talk in Malay. But I love this shot most of all. Ta dah….

It seems that year end is really a wedding manifestation. Well, not that I don’t condone or anything, but then this got me thinking about my own life too. Anywayz, I think before I even think that far ahead, first I got to get off my single-life hood. Well, not that I don’t enjoy being single, but this is another stage of life which usually everyone goes through.

Heck, I guessed the Saturday night influence is still on, and here I am again, thinking lots and lots of things. Guessed I better get some sleep. Oh that reminds me, another wedding in December. OMG!!!!

Wow!!! After being down the whole night. I meant Nuffnang‘s site, and also since I thought what the heck, why isn’t the ads showing on my site. I just found out that today’s the day that Nuffnang has now came up with a new version. Yes, it’s now a Version 2. What am I saying?? Is like a new booze waiting for me to have a taste at. Have a look at the screenshot here.

What Do I think About It?

I was mightily impressed, yes… The way they design it, looks kinda hype. Well, that’s not the end of the story though. I thought, maybe it’s just the outside just like how Paypal does with their screen layout. Then so I login, and guess what, a whole new template. Now that’s what I really call a whole new Version.

But then after looking at the add ads code, I noticed that there are differences. Well, as long as it’s functioning alright, I have no problems with it.

What Makes It Different?
Many times I heard people complained about Nuffnang not giving them the much needed payment. But wait… those that complaint usually rely on CPC ads. Yes, those click ads. I have a phobia on CPC ads with some people getting mindless clicks. Sometimes I find it unethical. Well some of you might get my meaning. Click here and there with a group of people. *whistle*.

Talked A Lot, So You Earn A Lot?
People must be wondering, why am I siding with Nuffnang? Did they pay me to post this?? Answer is NO. Did I earn a lot yet from Nuffnang? Answer is also NO, and I haven’t even get to withdraw any amount yet as of date of Post.

As a matter of fact, I think it’s due to the time I met with Boss Stewie at the KL Nuffnang Cinema event. It’s maybe because I met him. Yes, the time when I was halfway the movie, I went into a stomach ache frenzy and off to the toilet only to miss the movie for 30 minutes. *cries*
