u dun exactly haev to just eat bread and banana…
1. best is buy groceries for a week to cook at home then eating out.

2. if u re working, u could pack own lunch but tough cos when colleagues ask u out, quite antisocial to say no and quite funny to bring ur packed lunch out with u right?

3. see how much income u have minus expenses and how much u have left… so u can budget how much u can spend or save.. then maybe once a month, reward urself by eating somwhere nice lor..

good idea?
