Freaking jam.

Posted by SWei On September - 11 - 2009

You know what’s horrible?

To have the 2nd day of your uni ended at 5.30pm but only reaching home at 8pm. That’s 2.5 hours wasted. 2.5 hours of my youth. Of life. Of time to study (As if I did). Of productivity (In contribution to the national economic development and yada yada… I cannot remember my economics stuff even though I was still learning them at the beginning of this year. Short term memory la. Or blame it on laziness. I refuse to think at this moment.)

Anyway, right, point is, KL TRAFFIC IS TERRIBLE.

You suck if you disagree with me.

Like seriously, THIS IS FREAKING NUTCASE. No, I’m not referring to the car traffic on the road. I’m referring to human congestion. A very bad one.

It’s bad enough as it is that the class finishes at 5.30pm (rush hour time). Waiting at the dingy underground ktm station is HORRIBLE TO THE TEE. Space’s limited and with so many people competing for oxygen, it tends to get a bit stuffy. Claustrophobia wei.

*sigh*

If only I have a private jet. Right. Doesn’t hurt to think of it once in a while though. :D

Hello From Lhasa, Tibet

Posted by Daniel Chew On September - 6 - 2009

Yo yo people. It loooks like I have the liberty to post something while I am at Lhasa Tibet on this backpacking trip. Wondering what has been happening while I was away out here. It always seem to be a good time to see what I see to the people I miss and love back in Malaysia.

Though it’s been just a week, I miss Malaysian food especially mamak and hahaha.. I am now craving for teh tarik and my daily dose of talking crap while doing my usual mamaking.

It was a gruesome 2 nights and 3 days at the train. So with nothing to do, the last day was more of scenery shots. Here is a sample of what is to come in the next future posts. This might also be just a filler post before the real one comes along.

Lhasa Mountain From Train

So nothing much to do. Not much time to edit. Most of them in raw format. I just wanna show you guys I am still alive and very much active. Only a little bit altitude sickness at the first few days up the train.

Snow Mountain

So until the day I’ll be back. Which is another 2 more weeks. I’ll be up to Everest Base camp tomorrow.

Very funny.

Very funny, Daniel, for running off having fun and leaving me with this. *wipes thin layer of dust off danielctw.com*

Hai everyone, it’s me again (as if you remember who I am). No, I’m not the famous pretty Sae Wei as many would have known. I’m the unmarried one. (Sorry la, obviously the pretty one got snatched up pretty quickly. ;) )

So, with Daniel going off on a backpacking trip, (LUCKY HIM, ROAR!), I’m here as a guest blogger. Not a very good one BUT HEY, at least there’s something to read to snoop around here, no?

Anyway, people! Were you guys informed of a flash mob some time ago uhm, mid August? You iPhone 3Gs people would have experienced it yourself but well, if you’re still left in the dark about this:

Behold people, witness the largest dancing flash mob in KL!

Awesome ey? My friends are involved that’s why I got to know about it. =P Have fun watching. (:

Ps: In case you’re not exactly liking this guest blog update, you can still get personal updates from Daniel himself, I suppose, from his twitter. That’s http://twitter.com/danielctw. (:

Peace-ing out. Swei.
