Heroes am I

Posted by danielctw On December - 13 - 2007

Why are we what we are? Why aren’t we born with capabilities to climb up walls, fly from countries to countries, jump from wall to wall? Why am I not a Hero?? I thought Heroes am I!! Why we don’t have the superhero ability in all of us, then maybe we can save the world, just like Hiro Nakamura. Wahahahahha….

Heroes Cast Members

Seriously, which kind of Heroes is your favorite? But then seriously I think the world is a better place without someone with special capabilities like the cast in Heroes. Why do I say that?? Considering human and their behaviors, it isn’t surprising that everyone wants to be Sylar, but I doubt they have the effort to hunt other people down and to gain what other people have.

Hiro Nakamura

I would foresee that it will instead be a dangerous thing. Just take me for an example, if I have Hiro Nakamura‘s ability, imagine how many places I can go. Hahaha… for example other world, other country, other place, female changing rooms. Woops…. too over.

Matt Parkman Heroes

Having Parkman‘s ability also is a wonder. I can mind control. So all you scumbags succumb to me. All ye ladies come bow and serve me. Hahaha!!! Now aren’t you glad I don’t have all these abilities. Well, indeed the world is a better place without heroes coming out such as this.

Peter Petrelli

No need to mention Peter Petrelli, having his ability, I can do almost anything I want and get away with it. Crap rite!! Of course who can forget the babes of Heroes… Well, here’s one Elle Bishop.

Traffic Jam Jalan Hang Tuah

Posted by danielctw On December - 12 - 2007

Road works in my working area. It’s depressing. I need to find an alternative road to go back. Yes, with this traffic problem in Jalan Hang Tuah, it’s really gonna create lotsa traffic along my office road.

Why close? Well, so called to build a flyover from one road to another road. So called to finish in August 2008, but as usual I don’t expect them to finish around this time. Maybe longer.

No more driving during lunch time to find food to eat. Looks like I have to make do with the boring food around here or just wait for McDonalds to deliver my meals during lunch time. Noooooooooooooo!! If you see me not updating any post, is either I am stuck with mundane food or I’ve already died of boredom.

New Zealand StayIn

Posted by danielctw On December - 12 - 2007

Going further south and further east is where the Land of the place of the shots of Lord of the Rings. Yes, I am talking about New Zealand, and indeed New Zealand is a very relaxing place to go. Well, based on the image projected by the tv and Internet though.

New Zealand Scenery

We always see mountains and hills and the beautiful lakes and waterfalls, but what about living in the city? My aunt used to work there, and she says living there is really worth it. Too bad she misses home. For someone like me who is from Malaysia, driving on the left lane is also something normal which is why New Zealand would be ideal too. Based on information, I wouldn’t even need to get a driving license within the first year there as I can used my driving license from my own country.

Auckland HotelTalking about living and traveling for awhile, there are lots of hotels in New Zealand where one can stay in Auckland. Yes hotels in Auckland is as low as NZ55 per night. Not a bad price. As always the thing is how to travel to different places is by road. Well, of course if you can afford it, then fly.

But nevertheless, the roads are long from an area to another area. A precaution is that one should always get enough rest before embarking on a driving journey.

If you think of not going to Auckland to spend the night, you can find rooms in hotels in Wellington or maybe hotels in Christchurch since it’s just each different person’s choice. Though I would prefer to stay in Auckland first. Well, what to do, always go to the main city of a country first if you’re a first timer. That’s what I do usually on my everyday trips. Besides since it’s a tourist spot, getting a car to drive around would be easier to move around in main cities.

So if you ever thought of going to New Zealand for a holiday and it somehow follows the same time when I can be on leave, inform me. Of course, make sure you’re 21 years and older, else you wouldn’t be able to drive me around town. If it’s a last minute decision, don’t need to worry, there are discounts too for last minute accomodation.

Sushi Zen Pavilion

Posted by danielctw On December - 11 - 2007

It’s nice eating food you really wanted to try! Yes, I did had my fill in Ninja Jones but that’s gonna come in later. Long gone are the heydays of Sushi King. Now there are loads and loads of Japanese food coming into the country. So since I was loitering in Pavilion, the new shopping complex in the heart of KL town, let’s try something else. Say Sushi Zen.

Sushi Zen Banner
Looks it’s Sushi Zen

Sushi Zen was brought into the States from the far east of Japan. I mean the HQ now is at the States in Vancouver. O_o. Anyway in Pavilion, there’s one situated at the lowest floor. Yes, open concept. Seeing all these words bores a person. So let’s move on to our food.

Soft Shell Crab Temaki

Soft Shell Crab Temaki, one of the starters for me. Well, I find it small but instead of California Roll, why not try Soft Shell Crabs. But if this isn’t enough why not have a look at the next dish.

Tempura Sushi Rolls

Tempura or Prawns Sushi Roll, one of those sushi dish I ordered. But then before I had this I was eating my main dish. Well, was way way too full before I had this, but then it was worth it. So what is the main dish??

Sake Salmon Sashimi

Sake Sashimi or some call it Salmon Sashimi, yes… I love sashimis. Well, to me Salmon have to be eaten raw. If they’re cooked, it’s like the thrill isn’t there. You might be thinking, “That’s All???” Ahaks… of course I ate something else too.

Unagi Rice Meal

Unagi Rice Meal, or rather Eel Meat with rice. Now what can I not miss eating but Unagi Rice. The ultimate Japanese food dish which I always love to eat.

So what do I have to say about all this?? Well, the food’s pretty appetizing. Of course it is, else I wouldn’t even talk about it. Price is mighty standard with the location in Pavilion itself. So if you think of trying to get those J. Co donuts but saw the long queue and decided to eat something else, have a try here.
