Yes, finally some travel photos. Woah… wait… yes, I’ve just been to Port Dickson like 2 weeks ago, and it was for a team building event. Though I must say, it’s been awhile since I’ve gone to Port Dickson.

A year ago, I do trips to Port Dickson as often as 3 times a year. Here’s the photo. I am still tired from today’s basketball activity.

Yes, this time though I won’t be staying in an apartment though. It’s Corus Hotel, for those that know this place. Well, why is there a pool when there’s seaside? For some that don’t really know, people say that Port Dickson’s beach is really bad, but to me, it’s all fine to me.

Now look!! This is what happens when it’s lowtide at the above location. Wow…. It’s just not that deep, though during low tide. Yes, since it’s in Port Dickson, the seaside here is a bit different compare to the ones on the east coast. Well, you’ve got to experience it before I can say anything about it.

Yes, sometimes no matter where, seeing a sunset at the beach is really nice. Dang, I really love the seaside and the beach. Romantic feel if you’re with your loved one.

But since I am still all alone, I could only camwhore on my one right now, while looking at the wide wide sea.

Dang… I need to go to the beach badly. Who wants to follow me for my next trip??

There will come a time when I have to be in charge of the housing loans. Yes, getting a bank loan seems mightily based on how much one is getting for their salary. The higher your salary, the easier to get loans for a higher rate. Yes, it also applies when one is applying for personal loans.

Well, the above statement says it all. Banks or financial institutions now usually are more than willing to approve loans, the only criteria is one have a stable job. Well, that explains why loans are so easily obtained nowadays.

The only reason why I would get a loan is to finance my house. Yes, of course because I don’t have enough cash to buy a house in one shot. Sometimes, in desperate situation, getting a mortgage loan is an option.

One good thing about getting a loan from the bank is that I have the option to refinance my loans. Which ever gives me a better interest rate, that is.

Yes another day for a post for the classic moment. Yes, I wasn’t paying too much attention. Well some might think of classic as some old thing. Some might think of classic as something stylish. While too me, classic is something we used to practice, but don’t do these days with new things and technology up now.

Classic case of rubber tapping. Yes, I know that not everywhere has rubber trees. This is in Malaysia in my village area. Well, trying a hand at rubber tapping eh.

I am sure you people out there who has been reading this blog must have noticed something. Yes, the nature of the blog seems to have changed a little. With most of the topics more on the web issues and real world happenings. But the heavier weight seems to be on the current Google Page Ranking.

So that you now know, do you prefer this kind of topics or maybe just random sometimes with my travels and funny weird stuffs. Hahaha!! Ok, I think I should mix and match instead. Well, after all this is Weird Weird Denial. My post seems to have PMS. Yes, sometimes they’re serious, sometimes they’re wacky, sometimes they’re err… arr… .don’t really know how to describe.
