What’s Up With Exams?

Personally, I need to rant

I mean, what’s so damn fuss about exams. Especially those that are taking PMR, SPM, etc. It feels kind of weird that you can see students being put up to do so well in these exams, but why need to be so stressed up. I mean they are just a piece of paper and with what you have learnt in your school days, I bet that it’s nothing compared when you’re working.

It’s not that I ridicule exams or something, but why the need to be so stressed up, not eating properly, having sleepless nights just because of an exam one has to take. So weirdly funny and stupid. I wonder if they do start working, they’ll think it’s hell.

Speaking through experience, exams to me are like just taking any written test. I mean what’s the hoo haa with it. Maybe it’s due to my fast catch up that I only need 1 week to re-study what I’ve learnt to take the exam. I mean during my SPM (O-Level equivalent), for Moral, I just need 1 day to remember all the ‘nilai-nilai’ and all this I’ve done before the exam the next day. Maybe it’s me, but then there’s one point I want to say. Why the fuss? Why need to show one can even do so so so well in exams during PMR. I don’t get the point. I think it’s the parents mind set. Nowadays getting just a decent mark will be able to suffice one’s action. I mean, the parents are putting lots of useless pressure on their children to do well.

One stupid truth in the working world, those that mugged their exams during their school, college are only up to that mugging standard. But when it comes to practical stuffs, most know nuts of what they’re supposed to do. It’s like they have to refer to the instruction manual all the time. First thing, this requires lots of time wasted for the company. So in conclusion, if one is so even stressed up in the schooling period, I wonder how it will be when they really start working. No hair, or more white hairs to decorate the handsome/pretty head.
